Well, there was some yarn and it took surprisingly long to unravel it all. I had just one thing clear: I didn't want any repetition or regular colour changes, so instead of even rounds, the yarn rounds had to change direction. Good plan. Just imagine what it was like to start untangling it when it was dyed and dry...





And since this was the first time I ever dyed anything, I really didn't know any good tricks and tips. Now I do: use a totally different colour scheme for attaching your skeins and yarn ends - just remember to make loose knots.
